Russell Transport Upgrade Fleet
Russell Transport, Inc. announced its fleet upgrade cycle for 2016 feature the purchase of 25 new Daimler Freighliner tractors as an addition to its current fleet as well as the addition of 100 new Utility van trailers. The purhase will help refresh the fleet and enable Russell Transport to maintain one of the newest fleets in the trucking industry and provide additional capacity to its customers. Both tractors and trailers have advanced aerodynamics packages to improve fuel economy.
The company took delivery of an additional 35 tractors this year. The company currently operates 200 tractors with 600 53-foot trailers.
