What states do you frequently run?
VA, NJ, GA, NC, SC, TN, OH, MN, MO, MI, IN, IL, OH, KY, CA, AZ, OR, WA, TX, NM
What are the average days out on the road?
Ten to 14 days.
What is your home time policy?
Drivers are required to be out 12 days before home is given.
How often do you pay?
Company Drivers and Owner Operators are weekly.
What is the year requirement on leased tractors?
There is no year requirement on a leased vehicle although it must pass the Company Shop inspection.
What average miles per week do you offer?
Single drivers average a minimum of 3000 miles per week and team drivers average a minimum 5000 miles per week.
How do you pay vacation?
Company full-time drivers are eligible for vacation pay after a year of continuous employment. Vacation pay is paid at 1% of the year’s gross earnings.
Who pays for plates and permits?
Russell pays for the plates and permits.
How much experience do you require?
All drivers must have a minimum of verifiable two years experience.
Do you need your hazardous material endorsement?
No we do not require drivers to have the haz/mat endorsement on their driver’s license.
